Langston and his bud

These are two pictures of what my life is like on Mondays and Tuesdays. I keep my girlfriend's little boy in exchange for getting my hair done. :) He's fun to have around and Langston is really starting to like watching him!

Monday

I couldn't get a picture put up yesterday and I had to just forget about Sunday all together. This picture is so cute to me because he LOVES sweet potatoes. He's a big fan of the orange foods, lately. That pretty much just includes butternut squash and sweet potatoes. He's a HUGE fan!

A Day at The Office

Langston doesn't spend a WHOLE lot of time in his exersaucer lately, but when he's in there, he really likes it. We refer to it as his "office" because when he's in there, he's soooo busy playing with everything. We always mention that he needs to get busy on his paperwork. I know that it won't be long before he's on the move and he won't want to be tied down to his office. For now, I'm cherishing the time he enjoys being in there.

Sargie!

Sargie is our grandpa of the house. His real name is Sargent, but we call him Sargie and Bubby! I married him, too, when I married Jeff. ;) He just turned 12 and you know how 12 year old labs are--pretty lazy and slow. Luckily, he's still sweet as can be and all 3 of our kids LOVE him!

Day 1 but should be Day 6....OOPS!

Jan 1: H had her birthday on the last day of 2009. She was allowed to have two girls spend the night and watch the ball drop together. They stayed up until 2 am! Wow! I just got my 50mm f/1.8 in the mail and this was one of the first shots I got with it. I have a lot to learn about my new Canon T1i, but I still think this girl is beautiful!

Jan 2: E got to have my nephew Liam over to spend the night since H had two friends over. They were two peas in a pod and attached at the hip .

Jan 3: My parents brought us Langston's Christmas gifts from Uncle Patti and Aunt Woody. This cute horse is a blanket! It unrolls and is so soft and precious!

Jan 4: When we stayed overnight at the hotel in Ft. Worth, they provided us with a pack and play for Langston. The next morning, the big kids were in and out of it with him. He loved it and I had to grab my camera to record it all!

Jan 5: I spent at least an hour clipping all of these coupons and filing each one in its correct place. I love seeing how much money I can save using these magical little things!

Jan 6: I went to CVS and got all of this for $5! I love playing the CVS game!
